Our Story

Assurance HR began in Hobart in 2014, after principal director Adrian Clark recognised the need in small-to-medium businesses for quality Human Resource support at a level they could afford, and access to practical support when they needed it.

Having ran a successful plant nursery for over fifteen years, as well as overseeing a large-scale (400+) children’s program through his local church, Adrian is highly experienced in people and systems management. He is passionate about bringing the best out of people, developing positive workplace culture, and helping grow strong teams.

Our Assurance HR team have a combined experience of over 100 years in managing and assisting Tasmanian businesses. We operate in every area of the state, assisting managers with the full range of their HR needs, from recruitment, legislative compliance, and workplace culture and safety, to employee performance, productivity and, when necessary, termination. We pride ourselves on staying continually up-to-date on our knowledge about HR practices and legislative changes through ongoing professional development.
