The SAFE Files – Workplace Bullying

The Safe Files

Workplace bullying is one of the more common complaints received by the Fair Work Commission. While workplace laws and public education campaigns have reduced the incidence of bullying in Australian workplaces, it is the obligation of all workers to be aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to workplace bullying.

This course provides legally compliant advice about employer and worker responsibilities in relation to workplace bullying. In this course, you’ll learn about what workplace bullying is, the impacts that it can have, what the consequences can be, and how you can help prevent it. The content is delivered using simple language and graphic storytelling to engage the learner and improve knowledge retention.
